There is a brilliant little supplement called "AB Calm". It's a completely unprocessed freeze dried calcium/magnesium drink mix that comes in little packet. Vitamin B is righteous for any kind of stress and works best when taken beside Vitamin C.

All of those can help, however, calcium/magnesium & D together work much better. Magnesium at bedtime can really knock you out.

Try some amino acids for anxiety. When you help yourself to amino acid, other take a small amount of vitamin B. B make them work better.

I'm not sure almost that but Andrew Lessman has vitamins and supplements that he sell off of home shopping net (hsn) and he's due to present his products tonite at 11p, est and tomorrow, Sunday, at 11a (and perhaps other times). I use his calcium and it is great as it is within capsule form and is easy-going on the stomach (though I always help yourself to it after food).
