Dale, there is no point taking a vitamin pill if your body is not going to hold it. I used to be in bed for just about four days every six months or so with fatigue. I merely didn't have the vigour to lift myself out. That be until I got hold of a colloidal mineral. Your body can't produce minerals and they are what helps you hold the vitamins. I haven't been sick within bed since I kept taking it.
