Nearsightedness which is known as Myopia is a condition within the eye where long distance daydream is out of focus due to the lens in the eye and sometimes the shape of the cornea and eyeball focusing objects surrounded by front of the retina instead of on the retina.
Farsightedness which is known as Hypermatropia is a condition surrounded by the eye where long and short distance phantasm is out of focus
due to the lens in the eye and sometimes the shape of the cornea and eyeball focusing objects long-gone the retina instead of on the retina.
To correct Myopia a concave shaped lens (thicker at the edge and thinner within the center ) will focus the image on the retina.
To correct Hypermatropia a convex shaped lens(thicker surrounded by the center and thinner at the edges) will focus the image on the retina .

Nearsighted is when everything up close is clear, but everything further away is blurry.
Farsighted is the opposite. Everything up close is blurry, but everything far away is blurry.
Farsighted population usually only wear goggles for reading, whereas Nearsighted people (depending on how bad) obligation to wear glasses for everyday use.
