What is the best herb for relaxing?

Answer:
My husband is an alternative medicine doctor, and he commonly suggests patients try Valerian Root. This herb is wonderful, and can be purchased nearly anywhere in tablet form.(don't pay lofty health food store prices if you don't own to!) The one thing I can utter about Valerian is that if your at the finish off of a busy day it may gross you a bit drowsy. Other herbs that are great for reducing stress, thus making it easier to relax is Black Cohosh, Passion Flower, or even St. Johns Wort (wich is normally suggested for menopausal women, and if it can tame that savage creature there's hope for the rest of us.) My best opinion is that adjectives people are different and you should perchance try a few and see which works best for you. As for "weed", getting arrested may add to your inability to relax, I'd try the official stuff!
Lavender.
You know everyone is gonna say weed
marijuanna
Chamomile, or the sent of lavender.
valerian
marijuana
distillation of wormwood (artemisia absinthium)
Marijuana.
Tile (Tillum), Linden
Dill weed.
Legally...Valerian Root. They use this to sort valium from. Illegally, Da Chronic. LOL
Chamomile and Lavendar are some major ones. If you want to relax and focus, bring back a chamomile and rose tea. It's most definitely a honest idea to try some chamomile and lavendar. Both are available surrounded by tea form, lotion form, and all sorts of things.
I find that blow job are relaxing. (Especially when there are middle eastern incense stick burning surrounded by the background)
thatea, no caffeine, and usually includes the herb chamomile. But there are teas made specifically for relaxing that you can buy
Valerian is perfect. A "natural Valium" that produces a relaxing effecton thebody and is regularly used to treat anxiety, muscle tension and insomnia. Unlike prescription drugs, valerian is not addictive and have few unpleasant side effects.

...... :0)
Chamomile.
Scent of Lavender in a hot tub.
Valerian root.
Kava Kava will reduce stress
St johns wort. But monitor the dosage and dont go out contained by the sunlight. Hypericins (active constituent) is photo-sensitive.

Hope this helps
Before going out to the store to buy the herb suggested above make sure that they are not contraindicated next to any medications you may be on. I would also try aromatherapy first previously taking any herbs. Then if you still can't alter your environment to sustain you relax by all mode have some chamomile or valerian. Be aware valerian root smells close to dirty socks and dog crap.
Try cat nip....before cats claimed it as their own it be used for us humans to relax. It comes in a tea form at the form food store. It tastes close to crap, so go nuts near the honey and or the splenda. Valerian root is good for it , too.
I usually acquire the Celestial seasonings Tension Tamer Plus....it has Valerian root within it. I put one of each surrounded by the cup, one cat nip, one tension tamer. Good luck!
kava kava would be the best contained by most cases

also chamomile, or you could do a lavender essential oil
Marijuana
evidently, weed, but medical weed! nothing smaller amount than the purest, strongest, seedless medical stuff. don't smoke schwag. that will stress you out more.
Valerian, chamomile, lavendar and kava kava are the most relaxing herbs.
