Your body "detoxes" itself. You don't stipulation any of these quack "cleansers". Not colonix, not papaya, not pineapple.

"You amend your oil to keep your motor running..." This is a meaningless argument and a logical fallacy. Your colon is not an oil tub. Besides, the contents of your colon are "changed" every time you go.
"I prefer something that cleanses the liver". NOTHING "cleanses" the liver. Your liver's job is to cleanse and detoxify the blood. It does NOT store or otherwise retain any toxins. And within is zero evidence that anything you take will "cleanse" the liver. More mythology from the quack sites that are trying to market you crap.

I started to but got very sick. I'm severely sensitive to a lot of medications and such so I don't know if it would appear to you or not. I have read when you use these products you do get sick because you are pushing out toxins at a prompt rate. I also read it is safer to detox with pineapple and/or papaya. Basically you eat articulate pineapple anytime you are hungry for a day and drink plenty of water. I one-sidedly chose to just eat a serving of pineapple a daylight. It still detoxes your body without the side effects. I have never used colonix, but I own used a cleanse. I prefer something that cleanses the liver as well, since the liver is where profoundly of toxins end up because that is the assignment of the liver.
I disagree that colon cleanses are unnecessary. I think it is only correct maintenance. You change your grease to keep your car running don't you?
The one I use is from Nikken. It is inexpensive and soft. It doesn't hurt of give you diarrhea. You don't want to 'flush', you want to 'cleanse'. But you do need to move the toxins out of the body, not in recent times from one part to another.
Isagenex also has a biddable cleanse, but it is more expensive, but the review are good.
Liquid chlorophyll is a good colon cleanser. I did the entire cleanse system that Global invigorating center recommended. the only time i got sick be when i first did the 7 day intestinal cleanse . about the 3rd year i fell some tummy sickness and headaches but after that i was fine. i go through a healing crisis (AKA: The Cleansing Reaction, The Detox Reaction, and The Herxheimer Reaction) . i would definitely read up more on it until that time deciding on which is best for you.
