swish with hydrogen peroxide, next brush so the peroxide doesnt erode the braces, it should work
You'll have to hang about until they are removed to be able to use products such as Crest Whitestrips-sorry. Hang within there!
You probably want to dawdle till your braces are removed, because if you do whiten now it will kind it all variable and you'll look funny.
But then after you do use the flea market stuff like whiten toothpaste for the Baking Soda tooth stick.
If you use the whitening trays or the strips you'll miss the sides of your teeth. So I wouldn't recommend that but lay off the soda and coffee because it will motivation White Marks.
