I call for dental oblige!!?

my sister has this white point in her mouth... its surrounded by the back/side of her mouth on the wall. it looks like the skin is cut after these white things are in it. if any one is a dentist can u please describe me what u think it is because adjectives the dentist offices be closed today. she says it doesnt hurt and she didnt touch it because we dont know what it is.

Is it on the inside inside layer of the cheek? Sometimes you can bite your cheek and it looks white and stringy. Is it only on one side? Check both sides. Is it within the throat tissue behind the Uvula. Thats the "hangie-down" sac. Sometimes you can catch things stuck in your tonsil that are white. Since it doesn't hurt it probably is ok, but you stipulation to see a doctor or dentist to know for sure. How old is your sister?
I don`t know you should go to the emergency room?
it sounds resembling a canker sore. gargle with thaw out salt hose. if it doesn't go away within a couple of days or starts to get worse, see your doctor.
