I own in recent times get braces but it really hurts to devour food, what food can i put away ? please support me?

Any food that i eat it hurts so i can single have fundamentally soft food that i can swallow with out chewing but i dnt no what foods to drink i need some thinking please

Answer:
slightly overcooked pasta with flaked tuna is particularly nice.
bread is good too, especially the incredibly soft stuff called milk roll or something.

anything that feel to painful to drink should be cut up into ridiculously small pieces so that you can swallow them.


and dont worry. the stomach-ache should be gone in a few days. and after two and a partly years (what it took for me) you can have your braces bad, and have to most wonderful time next to your retainer! (its a great feeling though)

Welome to the club, don't worry you'll be within a few days, like you've probably be told a thousand times, soups, mash potato anything soft. Avoid as much teeth contact as possible. Hope adjectives is well soon!
I enjoy braces as well...uggg does it hurt, sometimes more than others, but especiall at first.

I used to devour yogurt, scrambled eggs, ice cream, chicken noodle soup.

I would sometimes receive tuna fish and mush it up super fine with mayo, brackish, and pepper, a little bit of celery brackish (to take away some of the fishy taste) and it be not too bad.

stick next to the soft stuff a couple weeks. mac and cheese, any kind of cooked potatoe,soup,pasta,soft cooked vegies.
Mashed potatoes would be a perfect choice
god i don't miss those days at all... apple sauce, milk shakes, mash potatoes... stick with milk shakes they are the best... ensure too
I dont own braces myself but I've got tonsillitis right presently, must be quite similar contained by that its painful to devour solids. One word: soup, I've been living sour it for days =P
Eat the food you like, but surrounded by the right proportions, but hard, sticky foods should noticeably be avoided!
Just eat porridge, soup, oats & biscuits dipped surrounded by tea, milo or anything. It'll be over in a week or so.
