After having my wisdom and molar pulled I have what looks like tiny white skinny looking areas in the holes wh

ere the teeth came from. My wife says this is natural. That they cover over with skin when all the healing is done. Is this true?

Answer:
I had 4 taken out 3 weeks ago. It takes about 2 months for the holes to fully close. At the extraction site, for a little over a week after, they were white at the edges. But now, it is all pink and a dark hole. It is getting smaller though. I rinse after every meal with warm salt water. Book a follow-up with your dentist to see if it's healing up nicely. Good luck!
