2.)Do they hurt when the orthodontist is putting them on?
3.)Is true you cant eat for a week after you get hold of them on?
4.)Do they tightenings hurt?
5.)Are they worth it in the closing?

Answer:
I am getting fised braces on in nearly 3 weeks , i am looking forward to it becuase i will have a better smile . I dont deliberate it hurts only when you are impossible to the pressure on your teeth .
you can not eat extremely gooey things or thorny things

they hurt from pressure, but that is to be expected as they are applying pressure to your teeth contained by order to move them to their proper position. It is nought unbearable. Ibuprofen help

you can eat that same hours of daylight if you want to. There is not fasting length

tightenings hurt, yes.. but the beauty of your finished smile is worth it. once again, the cramp is not unbearable

they are SOOO worth it surrounded by the end. My smile come out incredible and I get compliments on my smile adjectives the time. I could not have asked for anything better than the stop result that I had gotten
1) Gum, gooey candy, can't bite complex candy.
2) No it does not hurt, but it does take somewhat while.
3) No. you can eat, you of late have to keep on a couple of hours.
4) In the beginning you may find the tightenings to be throbbing, but all it is is pressure and you will grasp used to it after a couple of visits.
5) They are totally worth it surrounded by the end.
Eating: it depends on the type of braces - but mostly anything hard that you wrench next to your teeth - e.g. whole long carrot, apples, as well as anything suuuuuper sticky.

It does NOT hurt when the dentist puts them on (but it may smell funny/really stinky beside the glue they use).

It's not that you can't chomp through - its that your teeth are immediately going to get going moving after they are put on and your teeth are going to hurt (usually begins a few hours after them mortal on). the length of time will depend on your misery tolerance. I could eat middle-of-the-road food after a few days. I could eat, newly not normal food (I have to eat rime cream, applesauce, pudding, macaroni and cheese). But I found that the more you used your teeth - the faster the pain go away (let me tell you that biting down hurts, but a short time ago like sore muscles, the more you use them the faster the affliction goes away/diminishes)

Take ibuprophen (take 2 BEFORE getting the braces on and hold on to taking them for a day afterwards - that will lessen the discomfort a lot!)

Tightening also don't hurt at the time - but again, inside a few hours you are going to feel it because your teeth are moving. You will step through the same process over and over again until the teeth are surrounded by the right spot. It will hurt alllll over again for a few days and then you will be moral to go.

YES YES YES they are worth it. Having doomed to failure teeth can actually be bleak medically, and they can also be very unsightly (ugly). Straight teeth influence that you care. And it is an comfortable fix. So go for it. Yes it's going to hurt! But it is worth it

- I wrote braces from 4 - 8th level!
1. Don't eat concrete candy, really tough breads, don't chew ice, I chewed gum, but you're really not supposed to. Just nil too hard to bite, or sticky.. Don't drink taffy. I could never eat apples or anything resembling that. As soon as I got my braces sour I ate one. haha.

2. It doesn't hurt when they put them on, except the bands contained by the back are species of painful, newly because there is some pressure, and they hold to find the right size.

3. You can eat, only just eat softer things, and it's not right when they put them on unless they tightened them.

4. The tightenings don't really hurt that much when it's up, it's just seriously of pressure, you'll feel it afterward, and it can hurt deeply sometimes.

5. Very worth it if you had the right work done on it, WEAR YOUR RETAINER once you bring your braces off, so you don't enjoy to get braces again, and adjectives that work can be for something.

6. Take tylenol or ibuprofen right BEFORE you get your braces tightened, it really help.

Good luck.
When you have braces you cannot guzzle gooey things like sugar daddies, tootsie rolls, or other sticky treats. You also cannot chomp through anything hard or anything that will bring damage to the wires.

No they really don't hurt so much when the orthodontist is putting them on. The discomfort comes after you have them on for a time or two.

You can eat near in 30 minutes after you go and get your braces on. However, you might not feel approaching eating. Your teeth will be sore. I have to stick to things like macaroni and mash potatoes for a few days.

Yes, it hurts every time they tighten them because they are pulling your teeth into a new position. Every time I have mine tightened I had to travel back to consumption the super soft stuff for a few days.

Yes, they are so worth it in the finish. I have have mine off for several years and I grasp lots of compliments on my smile. If I had not of have braces I would hate to see my teeth. I still enjoy my retainers and I always will, but it is so worth it.
1.) What can you not guzzle when you have them? Sticky stuff similar to gum.
2.)Do they hurt when the orthodontist is putting them on? No. They were sore for me for a few days after they put them on. I took Tylenol.
3.)Is true you cant munch through for a week after you get them on? I stuck to a soft diet. Soup, yogurt, rice, noodles, rime cream, oatmeal, jello.
4.)Do they tightenings hurt? Not too bad. They subside within a few days.
5.)Are they worth it in the expiration? Yes. But remember to wear your retainers exactly as your Ortho suggest. And get reg cleanings while you hold them.
I have braces! (But I grasp them off Thursday!) Here are adjectives the answers to your questions:

1) Do NOT guzzle:
Chewy foods - bagels, hard rolls, licorice
Crunchy foods - popcorn, rime, chips
Sticky foods - caramels, hard, tough types of gum
Hard foods - nuts, candy
Foods you enjoy to bite into - corn on the cob, apples, carrots

2) Before you carry braces, you get spacers. Spacers are little rubber things they put surrounded by between your molars to add room for the braces that step in the fund of your mouth. The spacers do hurt, and you wear them for at least 1 month.

The braces don't other hurt when you get them on for the first time. Mostly it's only just a lot of pressure, but if your teeth are really crooked, it hurts worse. Braces other hurt even more if you have soft gums and sensitive teeth, so breed sure you brush your teeth and floss extra good until that time you get them.

3) You CAN devour for a week after you get braces - it does hurt, though. Try drinking soft stuff like applesauce or yogurt and hold Tylenol. You can eat resembling anybody can, but there are unshakable things the orthodontist tells you not to get through -- like popcorn, even though it's thorny to do!

4) The tightenings sometimes hurt for me. Mostly just pressure. Again, it go back to your gums. Make sure you brush your teeth -- that's the push button thing.

5) YES! I have a gap between my front teeth and on the first month of have braces the gap be gone! It's been 2 years and I procure them off within a couple days and they are 100% worth it IF you follow the ortho's directions, brush your teeth, see your dentist twice a year and floss.

Hope that helps!
1.) Generally anything 'hard' and 'crunchy', as it will be more jammy to break the braces.
2.) Absolutely not. It's the after that may hurt.
3.) Not strictly true. Everyone's pain threshold is different. Your teeth will be tender, so consumption will be difficult for a few days. Personally, it was 5 days for me. After that I be able to drink anything fine.
4.) No clue, for the reason that I haven't have my first tightening yet, my first is 1st June. I've hear from friends though, that you experience the same amount of aching as when you had them put on originally but it get better like back.
5.) I've had mine for almost 7 weeks. I can already see a huge amount of amend. So I would say positively yes. If it wasn't worth it in the ending, millions of people wouldn't own had them.
I'll try to answer most of the question:
2) When I got my braces put on,it benign of did hurt.
3) Yes, it is true you can't eat anything for going on for a week.
5) At the end the braces are worth it. Imagine it, you could finally own a great smile you can show off to nation. It's totally worth it.

I HOPE THIS HELPS!
