I had it done and it make ur teeth VERY sensitive...not nice!!!
You can still bleach your teeth but it will not change the shade of your crowns. Sorry.
Yes, you can bleach your fluent teeth effectively. But the crowns and any composite restorations you have "will not" bleach or tweaking shades. Technology hasn't changed "that" much.
Both the composite and crowns are shaded to match the organic teeth at the time of placement. The composites may darken or stain over time and some of this stain may appear to lift out during bleaching, but the crowns shade won't correct. The crowns are ceramic which is cup, this material can't be whitened. Although you can enjoy new crowns made to contest your teeth after bleaching. Or you can bleach your teeth to match the crowns shade, it's iffy and difficult beside out being monitored by a dentist and I would strongly support against bleaching unsupervised especially with anterior crowns.
If your other teeth own darkened in comparison to the crowns, next you may want to use the bleaching trays that your dentist can fabricate from models of your teeth and he can monitor you until you achieve impossible to tell apart shade again. He will know "which bleach" and "solution strength" for you to use to get your teeth rear legs to the lighter shade and not have to replace your crowns, or hold them stand out darker than your unconscious teeth. Also the use of the trays will allow you to bleach again when ever you feel your teeth are getting dark again, which does happen over time.
This something that you should discuss next to your dentist so that you can achieve the smile you want minus having the unwanted expense of unsullied crowns because your shading is way sour.
Hope I've been of some oblige and good luck beside your dental bleaching! You will be amazed at your new brighter, whiter smile!
Additional information: As beside most all dental bleaching within is some slight sensitivity to be expected, excessive sensitivity is not the normal and should be discussed next to your dentist immediately. It's an indication that you are excessively dehydrating the teeth by bleaching too long, too various times in in the future, or the solution strength is too strong for you to use.
They will whiten your natural teeth but not your crowns.
you can do it. adjectives your other teeth will be a couple of shades whiter than the ones with crowns on them
You can still hold your teeth whitened, just beware that simply your natural teeth will be whitened, the whitening product wont
bleach anything artificial.
We in general inform patients of this before they progress ahead with this process and recommend they enjoy any crowns changed, expensive i know, but if you pay adjectives that money to have A1 white teeth and your crowns are A2 they are going to stand out similar to sore thumbs!
You can whiten your teeth but the teeth with the crowns will not bleach. If your untaught teeth are darker than the crowns after it will look fine. If they shaded the crowns to match your other teeth you will enjoy a mouth full of white teeth with some dark ones thrown in.
