I own 3 medical bills from complications from sense tooth surgery, how can I grasp insurance to earnings them?

I had 4 knowledge teeth removed on 3/15/07. On 3/19, 3/20, 3/22, & 3/27 I went pay for to my dentist for a dry socket and severe pain. I did speak about the dentist about the swollen, tender knot lower than my chin on my visit the year of the 27th; he filled my tooth socket beside dressing and told me I would start to feel better. On 3/28 I go to the ER with severe anguish and trouble breathing. On 4/2 I had an emergency surgery to drain the abscess. I just this minute received 3 bills 1 from my surgeon charging me an additional $1000 for the abscess surgery, one from the ER, and one from the ER Dr. I don't have a feeling comfortable paying these bills because I feel that my dentist tolerate me down by not taking care of the abscess back it got to the point that it did. My insurance claims that they will retribution for emergency treatment but when I asked them about this unique case they told me that this procedure wasn't covered. What can I do or how can I pursue them to cover these charges?

Answer:
threaten to sue? tell them you talk to someone there prior to have this procedure and they told you it was covered. and next say you know they account conversations and you called give or take a few 2 weeks ago or whatever and update them they have to look it up its their guiltiness.

of corse this is basically lying, so i would not reccommend it. if medical denies it, transmit them to bill dental. each provider, while alike company, covers different things.

I have a similar case to yours, and deplorably my insurance only covered cut I had to wage a couple thousand out of pocket. Later I learned that nearby are charitable organizations that can relief you pay your bill. Ask the billing department at the hospital that your be treated they should have a contact document of places you can call or programs you may qualify for.
