Ok, I get these once contained by a while and I have a couple ways of dealing near them;
Get some teething gel or ointment from the local pharmacy that have a local anesthetic in it. Apply a small amount to the nouns and wait till it's numb. Then what I do is any take a small duo of nail clippers - (the pincer type) and nip the offending tastebud past its sell-by date. Sounds gross I know, but it really works! And you can't feel it because of the liodcaine within the gel.
The other way I use if the partiality bud is in the right place, is to a short time ago bite it off - afte you've put the gel on it i.e.!!
Then rinse the area near hydrogen poroxide and you should be as good as exotic again.
Works for me - and I do NOT have a soaring pain threshold!!
