Are antibiotics really one and only a stopgap solution for every tooth infection?

What if infection is caught early, cant antibiotics clear them up for correct, what if an infection spread to another tooth after an extraction, would antibiotics clear them up? cuz if infection is gonna keep on spreading afterwards you might has economically extract all teeth, the dentist say after a root canal or extraction you can purloin antibiotics & will clear them up, i know infections return but do every single infections return? thanks.

Answers:    No, not adjectives infections return. If you have have a full course of antibiotics and been meticulous something like completing the course that should solve the problem. Occasionally a second course may be needed but usually infections can be cleared completely.
If the original motivation of the infection is not taken away, it can and will likely recur...
