I merely started using crest whitening strips and..?

well, after the 3o min. for using the whitening strips is up, i walk and rinse off the gel. is that the track you're supposed to do it? or...? and, i've been getting white grades on my teeth, does that mean that its showing effect and working? but it's unsophisticatedly only on my top two front teeth where on earth the white shows. will it go away soon?

Answer:
After you rob the strips off you can rinse near water or brush usually. You do not want to brush them before appendage since it affects their ability to work in good health. If you are getting white spots it is due to the tooth losing some of its moisture during the process and should go away within around an hour or so. You do not want to drink any dark liquid such as cola, wine, coffee etc within a 1/2 hour of using the strips since staining will take place. If you have sensitivity use them every other morning and use a plain toothpaste (no whitening or tartar control) Hope this help! Good luck!

use baking soda and hydrogen proxide diluted when brushing
Wipe off the gel first, next rinse. You may have some pitting on those teeth specifically being bleached at a different rate.
If you already own some white spots on your teeth, then they will initially stir whiter, before the rest of your tooth begin to whiten. Some warning though, if your enjoy sensitivity to cold water, next stop the treatment until the sensitivity resolves. Crest whitening strips can be harmful if used for longer than 2 weeks, so stop for at smallest a month if you want to do another treatment you can. Rinse well as the gel is hydrogen peroxide and extremely strong. DO NOT brush your teeth for at least 30 minutes after rinsing
