Is peanut butter bleak on a diet?

i just ate some peanut butter next to an apple for a mid morning snack. Is this okay?
I know peanut butter has a great deal of fat but those are biddable fats right?
I usually eay peanuts during the year but since i had the peanut butter I'm not going to drink the peanuts.
Is this okay or should I not do it again?
