What big-hearted of exercise can I do short putting too much consignment on my leg?

When I put pressure on my right let it creates seriously of pain so my doctor told me not to do any cardios to create even more pressure on the leg. The point is, I have be working out 6 days a week fo 3 months now. I am trying to lose profusely of weight. Are within any exercise I can do without getting on my leg? (he said I can't even meander for more than 35 minutes)

Swimming is your best bet. However, there are unmistaken strokes that will cause you a bit more headache. Breaststroke has the legs moving surrounded by a froglike motion, and Butterfly moves the legs up and down (it is the MOST painful, even lacking injury, I speak from experience). Freestyle or Backstroke would be your best options. In both, you could permit your right foot drag a bit.
