I am 70-80lbs overweight. Please give support to?

I am 5-ft tall, and currently weigh 165-175lbs. I be around 120-125. I gained 20-ish pounds when I be on birth control pills to regulate my menstrual cycle (I have PCOS). I stopped taking the pills several months ago, but I continued to gain. I've other been a relatively able-bodied eater; I never had problem next to weight gain (until now). I can get the impression how unhealthy my body have become; I huff and puff when i walk up the stairs or even only just walking a bit faster than my snail pace. The excessive skin are trapping surrounded by moisture, which gives me rash. I am going to be my cousin's bridesmaid next year, so I hold a year to slim down. I am considering going on the Medifast 5.1 diet and exercising at 24-Hr Fitness.

Has anyone tried the Medifast 5.1 diet? Did it work for you?

Does anyone have any other guidance?

Eat oatmeal, stop all soda and sugars, stride 1hr a day to burn a few thousand calories a week. This will appropriate off freight safely.

Do day by day stretching.
Do daily aerobics.
Do weightlifting once a week.
Eat 5 small meal a day.
Take your food next to you in a lunch container.

Last year I starting taking a Doctor prescribed medication called "Phentermine" You can just get it through a doctor. Dont believe the crap on the internet, its not the valid stuff. I am 5'6 and weighed 172. I am 130 immediately. I did exercise. The medicine make it so your not so hungry. I used to eat 3 slices of pizza very soon one fills me up.I did not bring back any heart pulp. but I have hear some people do. You also achieve a dry mouth so lots of water.Talk near your doctor, no heart problems? He should give you a complete physical. Good luck!
First consent to me say that be rude Barney! I lost a lot of consignment by eating 3 meal a day no sweets and not after 6pm. PLus I walk 3-5 miles a day taking in the future off. Good luck, you can do it, don't get hold of discouraged.
I was on shipment watchers a few times and lost 30 pounds one of the times. But I gained it hindmost when I quit. I feel approaching I just don't draw from enough to guzzle on it. I think I should hold eaten more vegetables, but they are not my favorite food.
I tried South Beach and feel good on it and get to eat lots of protein which made me ecstatic. But on that diet you have to get through some kind of fiber or you win constipated. I lost about 8 pounds contained by 2 weeks but then quit because my husband be tired of taking his meat sandwiches to work within lettuce instead of bread.
I think I may dance back on it again since I like it.
I never was on Medifast.
My daughter took some benign of diet pills when she was similar to 19 and had a paroxysm, so I don't recomend any of that stuff.

about 6 months ago my girlfriend and i begin eating in good health to become skinnier and more physically fit. in doing so i lost roughly speaking 1/4 of my body. there are a few things to do...
