How can I gain bulk undamagingly and give muscle at like time?

As of now, I'm 18 years prehistoric and stand 6'2'' and weight surrounded by at 130 pounds. In other words, I am extremely skinny and always enjoy been. I also don't hold much muscle either as you'd assume. It's about time I alter that, but I'm not sure how to go almost gaining cargo in a undamaging manner while building some muscle at alike time so that not all of the immensity gain is just margarine. Right now my target is 160-170 by subsequent year. If I could do that before that afterwards that is even better. Some help/tips would be great.
