Tell me if this is average?

alright im 14 years old, 108 pounds and going on for 5'1''.
is this normal? i dont believe surrounded by the BMI chart
coz it says almost everyone is overweight
i dont close to my body very much and im
almost liable to do anything to change it
except self mutilation. i diet and excersize
on a daily basis but i see no change..
is this regular?

well I'm 13 5'0 and I'm just about 105 so ya your just more or less average. i have talk to my mom's friend and she got professional oblige from a doctor. she said that is you exercise 10 mins. a daylight its fine. no overexercising until you throw up that actually become a disorder. like celeb. fit club where on earth the take them exersising for 2 hours, thats un-healthy and will spawn it harder to lose weight. when you do that. if you do 10mins. a sunshine and then then maybe even be in motion up up 15mins. and try to diet 80% of the time your going to lose weight. don't permit dieting take away the fun of going out to munch through with your home. Amaunds are a great thing to get through. but too much is bad. you know the altoids can. well full that beside amounds and you have a sound portion. and eat dignified fiber/protien foods. like eggs, yogert,salad, etc... and yes it is everyday.
At 14, you are right where you should be. Focus on drinking healthy and human being active, but you enjoy no reason to diet. Your still growing and your body is still varying. Being excessive about diet and excercise can do more mischief than good when you're that childlike.
BMI is actually a terribly good indicator of ones weightiness, % body fat is better but not tons ppl get this checked. One shortening of the BMI is that it can overstate ones level is they are an athlete because of the full-size amount of muscle they have (hence why some ppl can be overweight by BMI even though they are not overweight). Your BMI is around 20 which is everyday. Also you shouldn't be below 100lbs for your height. Keep exercising but stop dieting.

i know someone who is, agree to say, worse than you are. uhm... i dream up... you are still in the process... discipline is what you requirement... you don't have to force yourself not to munch through... if you feel approaching eating, afterwards go... but do not OVEREXERCISE... this might exact you a more complicated outcome...

as i can remember in our strength class... it's better to eat small amount of everything habitually. or every other hour... than to eat so masses thrice a day... surrounded by this case, the food take a lot of time contained by digestion whereas in small amounts, it is readily rapt by the body... and... do not reverse your eating traditions... uhm.. it's also better to eat unharmed fruits than drinking fruit juices...


i own tried to diet... it didn't work... i'm not fat... i of late want to be slimmer... so i took a lot of discipline and followed the impartial diet... we don't have to escape meal...


and one more... avoid calories...

This is a perfectly worthy weight for someone of your age
Try not to be so body shape smitten.You have not finished growing all the same. You are right about the BMI chart I am 158 lb and 5ft8ins and am classed as overweight. I am glad you are exercising each day. Not many young-looking people hold on to it up so stick with it. It does rob a while to change you will see results I promise you. obedient luck. Mickymo
Even if you test yourself on the Asian BMI, you are not overweight.

The Asian BMI take into account the smaller frames that Asians enjoy, so for the same stage, we have to weigh smaller quantity to be at the same BMI.

I am 5'2 and 108lbs. And I am Asian BMI 21. which is mid variety. I am on low carb, low fat, glorious fibre, glorious protein. And I brisk walk.
