i am a 24 year old mannish.
from the last two years i enjoy been have a pretty sporty lifestyle.
earlier i used to be a bit fatty,
but
in a minute though i have a waist of 31 - 32 inches, my thighs are as big as 22 inches, i own 37 inches chest, infact there is rather a lot of difference contained by the way my upper and lower body look.

i even surface an extra layer of fat lingering on beside my thighs when i sit or move or run.

i run 7-8 kms every day followed by some exercising

my upper body looks much more athletic, but i can't even wear a majority sized jeans because i just don't fit contained by one
and it has be the way from a severely very long time immediately

Do adjectives these exercises every day within the morning before breakfast and after make-up calls because both your stomach & intestines should be blank while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the tricks.
do squats and lunges while holding wieghts, those things are the best! also try kick-boxing. also, stretch your legs A LOT before and after a workout.

are you sure your thighs are so big because it's heavy? or could it be a lot of un-toned muscle?

i enjoy a feeling, though, if you are really exercising as much as you right to be heard you are, then it's probably genetic.
