What are some calorie/fat free foods?

Veggies and fruit are great snacks. Celery and green apples wrap up up burning more calories than they carry through digestion. All fruits and veggies enjoy vitamins, minerals, and fiber. You won't gain weight by drinking lots of veggies for sure.
Nuts are great as well - erratic handfuls (not tonnes though) are awesome.
If you're a bread eater like me, brand sure you eat whole-wheat, multigrain, etc. - This go for rice and pasta as well. If you do this, you'll quality fuller, longer.
Whole grain snack bar are good too within moderation. Be sure to check the label though for chubby and sugar content. Another good-er is low-cal yogurts... but, once again, check the label!
Sometimes the "hunger feeling" feel the same as thirst. I didn't believe this until I started drinking A LOT more hose down.
Always feeling hungry and over-eating are two different things. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you are delighted... eat when you're hungry again! Your stomach shouldn't hurt once you're done consumption, but you should feel resembling you've had plenty.
You probably know all of this already, but refreshers can be appropriate! Keep your chin up - sounds like you enjoy a high metabolism if you've be overeating for years and haven't gained! So if you're worried around your weight surrounded by the future, start kickin into better living customs --- both what and how you eat, physical diversion, and ways of de-stressing.
I've heard that celery burns more calories purely digesting in than are contained by it to begin beside, but that was from my strength teacher 2 years ago, so I don't know how valid it is.
Tea. I know that it's not really a snack but a beverage, but it leaves you sensation fulfilled. Green tea is supposed to speed up your metabolism, but other teas are good for you too, especially herbal tea because it doesn't enjoy caffiene. The only calories surrounded by it is what you add as sweetener, and if you similar to cream that adds calories and podginess. I drink a ton of tea, and I used to always use a TON of sugar per cup. Now I use any nothing or Splenda, and I've lost freight, and I don't get bloated.
