A few diet question and excerices question?

okay for breakfeast a bowl of cheerios fat free milk no sugar..luch a top ramen..dinner pot roast rice brocolli and a small bowl of peaches..desert resembling 5 m&ms otherwise i go crazy on a chocolate binge!...my day by day excercise starting today is a jog/walk combo 50 cruches 20 pushups...if i continue that will i lose substance..and is it the right way to do so?...because i hold looking for LOSE WEIGHT FAST things but i then realize if i lose mass fast im not schooling myself discipline so ill in recent times end up putting the counterbalance on again...


Answers:    YAY some one not looking for the fast solidity lose solution and you will lose weight!. Try and drink more dampen about 6-8 specs and its those cardio work outs that will help you lose the consignment just stay committed and you will manage you goal
