How do I gain weight to balance out my height and weight appropiately? Im tall and VERY skinny.?

Is there any commonly known foods that gain weight quickly? Like dulce de leche? Any ideas?!

Answer:
You just need to eat things all day long, and I definitely don't suggest high fat things even though your trying to gain weight. Eat as much protein and carbs as you can if you workout. If you don't workout then i wouldn't suggest as many carbs. But chicken breast, peanut butter, protein bars and shakes, dairy, all of that should help! Good Luck with the weight gain, I bet a lot of people wish they had your problem.
