Water is other good for you, but as you would expect you don't want to force yourself on drinking too much. Honestly, I own never ever heard of someone getting remotely sick from drinking too much wet.
The actual "recommended" amount of water is waaaaaay more than most race even consider drinking in sometime, so don't sweat it. Whatever you're drinking is probably fine. Just make sure you're close a bathroom, lol.
When you drink water during/after excercises, merely make sure to drink small amounts at a time--if you guzzle, your body won't appreciate it. But you probably know that.

Losing 2 lbs a week is pious and anything more than that is ill, or rather you dont lose flab but muscles. I know you dont wish that.
Drinking sea wont kill you..... excessive wet consumption comes out from where it go.
Drinking upto 1.5 litres a day is terribly healthy. And if you are working out at the gym gross it 2 litres.( in reality you will do it unknowing ly)
The only zilch calorie stuff which you can have contained by any amounts is water.
8 goggles of water a daylight is the recomended amount but u could probbably drink 9 or 10 a day. If u drink to much marine it can make u discern bloated and it can give you the runs or spawn u puke....(did that to me it sucked.....I drank like 14 specs of water that day)
