Okay, okay...I've done some reading on Y! Answers and realize this has be asked before. But, I'm more curious as to WHY most
people's face don't if it's so "natural." When I workout (BTW, I'm surrounded by shape, not
overweight, have a stout heart, and normal bp) my facade doesn't just "flush" it's beet red (almost purple) and stays that course for at least an hour after I workout. It's embarassing bc populace think I'm verging on a
heart attack. Well, this weekend I took an
exercise class next to over 60
people within the room and I stood out in the mirrors...why? BC MY FACE WAS PURPLE 20 MINUTES IN! How is my body functioning so differently than everyone else's? I sweat a common amount too. Everyone else had a nice flushed, dewy beam...I look like I have fallen asleep surrounded by the sun! So, yeah...if it's so normal why wouldn't most empire be like this?
It's be like this forever...when I be in hs track I be the red-faced girl, when I run 5Ks
people ask me if I necessitate assistance afterwards...it's embarrasing
Answers: It's called "facial flushing". Do you sweat excessively too? The too conditions are related but not don't other appear together. Basically your sympathetic nervous system, which controls automatic behaviors similar to sweating and blushing, gets overstimulated. Your obverse gets red because your body is trying to cool bad by bringing warm blood to the surface of the skin.
You may not be breathing adequate, try practicing deep breathing. If it really bothers you, here are some medications available, but it's really not destructive.
