Answer:
a typical mass gain diet consists of 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats, most of your fat should come from good sources such as nuts, olive grease, flax or fish oil, etc.. avoid the fruitless fats and trans fat.. the good fat are needed to keep joint healthy and give a hand produce hormones such as testosterone. you need to help yourself to in 1 gram protein per pound, 175 grams surrounded by your case, and 2-2.5g carbs per pound, 350-400 g for you. these are rough guidelines but it is a starting point to work near. most of your whey protein supplements are low fat/ fat free, newly look at the labels.. you can supplement near creatine., monohydrate requires you take it beside simple carbs to help next to absorption.. 5 grams a hours of daylight is good post workout. the most defining thing within trying to gain weight is to munch through enough food to create a caloric surplus short overeating and gaining too much podgy in the process. grain free to email me if you got any other question i can try to answer. .good luck
