wouldnt it just be peachy if we could a moment ago go the kebab house and go and get the guy to calve it like he does the meat this would solve lots of womens frustrations eh hehe
um, sit ups every morning. or buy a video around exercising like pilates or tae bo so you can do it right.
get the same problem unfornatly.....do sit ups every morning and use exercise video like the brand new pump it up 1 hope iv helped ya
sit ups, crunches.........yoga get some really nice simple exercise /stretches which targets abdominal muscles....i tried it and it works...i would proposal you do that too...i just dnt know how to explain it properly, ..anyway its "yoga abdominal hoist and contraction and tummy thigh toner" . these are really simple ones which you can do everyday...got this from 10 min yoga work outs by barbara currie
Confused that be very funny....however, don't be surprised if you grasp an email from my sister you just call her rotund and all she have is a bit of a wobbly tummy.
