I am trying to lose some freight but own a put a bet on injury. HELP?!?

This restricts alot of my acticites. i can not run, jump etc. does anyone own any ideas on how i can become fit and lose counterweight at home as i am a student and can not afford the gym.

hey bro the best way is to run. run every hours of darkness and dont eat roughly 6. if you eat right and run every year around your block you dont need to connect a gym or worry around ur back problem.
I've intuitively had some pay for and neck problems due to a really discouraging car misfortune. On the days that my back ache I swim laps contained by my pool. It's not too strenuous on my joints but still is a great workout. Plus there's no pressure or impact. Granted my shield may not be as severe as yours, but it could be a great way to build up your strength so that you can do other work outs down the road approaching run around the block or something. Plus make sure you put away right, drink plenty of water, and try to avoid carbs after 6pm. Good luck!
I have back surgery 4 years ago. Running is tricky, unless you buy expensive shoes don't try it. Maybe a prompt walk but again you requirement good shoes When my lower fund gets stiff, I ride my bicycle to loosen it up and it works great, especially contained by the am. I put on my headphones and newly go. You also want to strengthen your core (stomach) muscles. This will also help your subsidise, stomach, hips and legs. Try using an exercise ball to do curls. You can use simple home products as weights. For example, a bottle of stuff softerner or container of milk work great as weights. Even canned stuff works. The weight is not as central as reps and good form
