Does the podginess burning button on the treadmill work better than running?

I've heard that have your heart rate in the age base range found on most treadmills will burn more butter than if I were to run matching distance. How much truth is there to this?

Answer:
Some truth. You will burn a bit more margarine going the same DISTANCE slow fairly than fast. Note, distance, not time.

You will still burn far more calories, and more total podginess going fast for an hour vs. slow for an hour, although the percentage of margarine vs. glycogen used will be lower. .
NO
when you run above your heart rate it will create muscle, if you stay witihin your average it will BURN fat, and for some society it may mean walking swiftly, or running a little it adjectives depends
