recently i be able to give over more time at the gym, and found an elliptical contrivance is the best for my legs as i constantly ruin my leg muscles on the treadmill (i've lost 6 pounds within 1 1/2 month). just this minute my rountine of 45 mins on level 11 purely got rediculosly effortless, im not sweating as much nor breathing as hard. im wondering am i still burning the calories powerfully this way, or should i jump ahead and push myself harder and take it to the subsequent level or more. please suggestion thank you very much
