Look at how Dr. Atkins ended up--and don't believe the hype that the South Beach Diet is much different.

they aren't particularly high-ranking in carbs, but they markedly have carbs. They are pretty low calorie though (about 100 per 1 cup) and they hold about 20 carbs. And they chew good :]
