Do workouts release toxins contained by the body??

I have other worked out and yes, I have gotten sore formerly. But lately, I have be working out like crazy and my vertebrae - from mid spine to the base of my collar and subscapula and lats are VERY sore and when I stretch that area -- here is a popping sound - mostly around the scapula nouns. When I've gotten a massage once and she hear that, she said it was a jam of lactid acid or something -- could indistinguishable be true here? I also feel a slight cold coming on -- do you mull over it is related? I tried researching this to see if toxins were probably released or something...can someone please help me take to mean what is taking place within my body?

Answer:
I suggest seeing a chiropractor. A simple adjusment can help relieve your d¨¦colletage pain as powerfully as a prognosis as to what that popping sound may be.
Yes, they do release toxins within the body. That's why you need to drink closely of water when working out and after so you can flush them out!

But you could also own a pinched nerve or a mixture of other things causing the popping nouns. From arthritis, all the track down to simple gas being released from the pooled. The cold probably isn't related.
Take a few days rest and eat ably. Lactic acid is patently released into the body after it builds up in the muscles.
When your muscles don't take enough oxygen, which they don't when you work out, lactic sour is made to replish a chemical so that glycolysis can be done again. So yes, lactic acid builds up!
Actually, working out removes toxins from the body (through perspiration).

You enjoy delayed onset muscle soreness. This could be arranged from not giving your body enough time to repair the microtrauma cause by working out.

Repairing and overcompensating due to this microtrauma is how the body becomes stronger due to working out. This happen on rest days.

P.S. Lactic acid buildup is what cause the burning sensation during the workout, not the soreness after. That is a popular myth. This burning sensation is due to fermentation of pyruvic acid during anaerobic glycolysis.
