Do you imagine i'm overweight if i'm 4 foot and 8 inches weigh 94.8 and age at 10?

What can I do if i'm overweight? What is a healthy route to lose weight for me?


Answers:    You are too young at heart to worry more or less your weight. Ther eis much more to a nutritious weight than elevation and weight. How is your muscle structure? Muscle weigh more, and is dense. How about your bone structure? Small, prevailing conditions, large frame? Bones hold density too.

I'm 5'8" and have hand larger than most men. When I weigh 160 lbs I look emaciated, resembling a concentration camp sufferer. But, when other 5'8" women are 160 lbs, they could be overweight. I've known 5'10" women who are at their optimum immensity at 120 lbs!!

Anyway, there is more to freight than just the rise. At 10, you don't sound overweight to me. Too much prominence is put on weight, and don't agree to anyone talk down to you and let somebody know you you are fat any!
