Is my friend overweight? Should I back her lose counterbalance?

My friend is 13, 5'5" and weighs 118lbs
She desires really badly to weigh 100lbs.
i am worried that she will do something drastic if I don't serve.
How should I help her lose substance? do you think she is over bulk?

If your talking more or less you "friend" no shes not overweight in certainty thats a healthy size to be around...models are 80lbs wich is weak average women are around 120-130 based on elevation
so for a teenager know and if she looks for a time chubby shes at a stage were she'll grow into her body any track

You've started helping her by putting this question out at hand and asking for help. Why does she want to be 100lbs so scantily? Times are changing and person reed thin is not surrounded by! Eat healthy, don't starve, seize plenty of exercise and be comfortable with your body. My daughter [now 22] suffered from anorexia and it nearly kill her. I don't want to see that happen to any youthful woman, so show your friend this question you've put on here for her. That will make clear to her you care and its not up to you to help out her do anything but LIVE and be healthy!! Good luck to both of you!

She is not overweight. I am 5'5 and would give anything to weigh 118 lbs. Maybe she should try a different style clothes. Some clothes a moment ago are not flattering no matter how shrunken you are. And if her pants are path too tight, she may have an overhang that make her think she is too portly. (I know that based on experience.)
She is fundamentally young and if she eat healthy and exercises, that newborn fat will turn to muscle.
She is not overweight at adjectives. She is becoming a young woman. Most vigorous 5'5" females weigh between 120-140. What you can do as a friend is give her the confidence she wishes to feel apt about herself. If you are concerned she is purchase weight too immediate, why not join her contained by keeping her active and away from unwanted items food.
