Trying to burn some excess rotund - Exercise bike?

Over the past 3/4 years, I enjoy lost quite abundantly of weight by consumption less. However, I still enjoy some left over rotund. Should I buy an exercise bike in an attempt to lose this curvy, or am I stuck with it?

I'm 16 if it matter.


Answers:    I love the recumbent bike. Yeah, sure, of course stick beside it! Exercise is really-really good for you. Kudos on that!

You re still growing so your body is most feasible going to go through tremendous change to come; but it is important to be aware of our body’s vigour and nutrition!

Try some alternative exercises to do in a tallying to your cardio that targets the area(s) you want to work rotten the fat. I don't believe you will be stuck near it with proper diet and exercises. You give the impression of being to be in the right direction, save it up! Good for you! Don't over do it though, be careful and rob care of yourself.


Here's a few FYI TIPS, that I hope will be of use to you!
***WATER: WATER is VERY momentous! You should drink an extra 8oz, for every 20-25 pounds you want to lose on top of the regular amount you should drink on a daily basis

***To lose weight more competently and effectively, stop eating 2-3 hours in the past bedtime. This allows your body to become a fat burning device throughout the night, instead of trying to process what you've a short time ago eaten.

That hunch in your belly (of hunger), is the body going into to obese burning mode, you want that! That is the key to the ignition so to speak!!

***COOL DOWN: Cooling down, have a cool down session after working out prevents blood pulling to occur, which inflict you to be more sore. Walking around or stretching
~10-15 minutes should be sufficient! :-D

***FOR EXERCISES: Try 20-45mins (whatever you can do) of some cardio of your choice. Maybe running/jogging, dance, bike, etc. (yes dancing can be great cardio- newly throw on some favorite music and let it rip! Its fun and you control it! :-D) Or try a fun/dance workout video.
Best time to exercises is the morning, first piece, if possible!

***Make sure you enjoy enough and proper protein within your diet! This is important!

***Look for inch loss, which is a wonderful point. Sometimes you lose in inches and not actual solidity. Take you measurements and pay attention to how your clothes fit you! That is a really apposite indicator that something’s happening!

***Strength training is also pious! But, be careful and don't over do it. Too much can spawn you gain weight, because muscle weigh more that fat!


In my belief, it's not so much about cargo sometimes as it is shape. Try to gain lean body mass. I use the shapeworks program and I really enjoy it. You can definitely lose more if you added exercise into your on a daily basis routine. An exercise bike or treadmill would be a great purchase if you dedicated yourself and use it on a regular justification.
