What are some things i can do to remind myself i'm on a diet?

i'm on a diet, overweight, and need to lose more or less 20 pounds to be healthy. lately, i've be forgetting about my diet and drinking junk food. after im done consumption, i remember and then quality so guilty! what can i do to remind myself i'm on a diet? i was thinking, construct a bracelet or soemthing and wear it all the time or something close to that. do you have any suggestions? thank you! =]

reminding yourself that you're on a diet isn't going to be effectual if you're hungry, what you need is someone to help/remind you that you are on a diet, someone to rob your mind off of food, simply don't be mad at him/her if she reminds you that you're on a diet =)

Diet, by itself, won't cut it... and instead of a temporary diet, you stipulation to make lifestyle change that will be continued your whole lifetime. Diets ruin your condition and you usually end up acquirement the weight final when you come off of them.
Get an sign of a very lubricant actual pig, and post it on your refrigerator. Better yet, rig your refrigerator door so that it make pig noises when you unambiguous it. Even better yet, do both!
