Try doing some kind of cardio, it'll minister to burn the fat. Sit ups and such will trade name the muscles bigger but won't burn off the oil.
I havent tried this myself but i have see the results of the Atkins diet and they lost a noticeable amount of freight in 2 wks.I also saw the results of the jenny craig diet plan next to the same effects.So i guess if you primarily counted the calories your eating on a reg proof you could see how much to cut backagainst. If diet isn't your problem then you could try Pilate's they will strengthen your core muscles and tone your tum.
