Exercise Advice?

Which of the following is better, or does it really not make a difference..jog 2 miles with a low time or walking alike distance using more time?? Is one or the other better or more effective?

Answer:
Both burn alike number of calories, however, the latter heightens your heart rate, giving a slight 'after burn' effect.

also jog is great for light impact work, strengthening the legs, builing lean tissue which within turn will burn fat..

So, jog (at any pace) is better.

what ever one make your heart crush faster is better
jogging make ur heart beat faster and you sweat more ... jog is better
Actually you burn the same amount of calories, but walking freshly takes longer.
joggin, because u use up more plump.
Depends which kind of muscles you want to work out.. the walking would sustain with persistence (like long distance) and the jogging would comfort with things similar to the 100m race.. this is how different runners train, working on building a selective type of muscle.
Both kinds can be used together to advance your fitness levels as economically as including variety to your exercise regime!
Calorie-wise, in that isn't a great difference between a brisk walk and a walk briskly of the same distance. Jogging will make higher your heart rate more and help to manufacture your heart stronger, however it is also harder on the body, particularly the ankles, knees and support. I used to be regular runner, but as I've gotten older I hold cut back on the jog and increased my walking and biking.
Jogging definitely.

Eat merely when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing save for water contained by between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits surrounded by each suppertime, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least possible 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take fluffy exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a daytime.

U will achieve what u own not even dreamt and that too in a believable time. Do not be in a hurry.
