How can you tell if you are too tall for exercise ball or medicine ball?

I bought a ball but I think it maybe too small for me, I am 5'8 will it matter, should I get a bigger ball

Answer:
The exercise balls say on it the height. Look at the side of the box. If the ball is too small, you won't be able to get the same stretch--especially important if you are using it for back stretches. If you've already thrown away the box, take a tape measure and measure the circumference of the ball--then look online to see what it should be for your height. A medicine ball won't matter as they are just for weight.

But exercise balls often seem small. It might be the right size. Especially if its one of those smaller crunch balls that you put behind your back. They are only one size regardless. I thought you meant one of those larger inflatable ones, right?
