you could take some benadryl to sleep. the single thing that works (besides waiting) on sunburns is vinegar or aloe creams and neither are adjectives that great.
try putting aloe on it, that works for me
milk, and aloe vera, applied 1-2 hours apart. dampen a verbs washcloth in milk and place on burn, save for 20 minutes, rinse, then put more milk on it, for 1 hour, afterwards use aloe vera, and a pain slaughterer, youll sleep like a little one,
use aloe vera! You can buy aloe vera lotion/cream and it makes it cool down particularly nicely. you can buy it at rite aid or some place resembling that. good luck! and subsequent time use sunscreen and reapply!
Try some aspirin for the pain but also, topically, apply Aloe Vera. It soothes my sunburns now. By the next morning, my burn is gone! I've gotten it at CVS, Wal-Mart, Target. It's usually a clear or green gel surrounded by a pump bottle.
Next time out, don't forget your sunblock! :)

It's not a hurried fix. Sorry. I live in Florida and see it adjectives the time. Use Ibuprofen 2 tabs 3-4 x hours of daylight and cool BATHs. Don't use lotion or anything like that because it will a moment ago heat up and fashion you feel worse. A lighting aloe spray or Johnson and Johnson No More Burn will help.
I use aloe (the lotion and the gel) that have been within the fridge for a nice cooling feeling. Also rubbing noxema into your burn help take the sting out. I use that every year!
Noxema is what we use to use! But in a minute the Aloe Vera and Eucerin creme are the best!Eucerin is also good when you catch a burn, takes away the stomach-ache right away and no scarring!
I had this problem on my legs one time. Besides the sunburn affliction, it also itched. Naturally you can't scratch it. My wife told me to put vinegar on it. I did and it worked. I kept a bottle and handkerchief with me while I slept. If the itching begin during the night, I would use it. Of course, this did nought for my love life. LOL.
filch some advil, apply some kind of moisturizer and swing in in attendance!
