Would mixing legitimate cocoa near milk really wipe out the calcium intake? :(?

I've heard this so lots times, but i've never really known if and why it is true. They say-so that pure cocoa is actually vigorous, but apparently mixing it with milk decrease the benefits of the milk. Does anyone know if this is true? thankyou :)

Answers:    no i don't think it's true. perchance they are referring to the fact that chocolate contains some caffeine which surrounded by substantial amts may lead to demineralizing of bone (removing calcium which would be harmful)
*however* purely adding a small amount of cream or milk (containing calcium) should more than cancel out the effect of such a slight amount of caffeine.
NO
