Is it true that you simply entail 15 second of intense exercise to retain muscle?
So, that chould be as simple as flexing heavily for 15 second, right? Or lifting a heavy counterweight and holding it half approach for 15 seconds, right?
Is that true or be it fake and should I lately work out those muscles heavly with small reps? Like the 5x5 workout or the 3x3 workout?

A time beneath tension of 15 second would equate to about 5 reps. This would be resembling lifting an extremely heavy solidity for low reps. Although I have not have the chance to see any lab notes on the subject, I suspect that there might be some truth to the assertion.
However, if you are going to train respectively muscle group like this, I would recommend a thorough warmup and using unbelievably strict form to avoid injuries.
I have never hear of this before but it sounds too well-mannered to be true. If that's the case after I don't think folks would spend a lot of time at the gym...

when your "cutting" why would you lower the intensity of your training? "cutting" means adjectives calories.
