Do you hold to own a faultless diet for chest muscles?

For example to get a 6-pack, do you hold to have a perfect diet and never drink junk food and watch calories and adjectives that *? Cause i'm working out a lot, but what's the point if you have to loose change your lifestlye almost. I eat out like twice a week and dont diet at adjectives. Guys dont really diet atleast the ones i know. Plz answeR?

Answers:    alot of people gather body overweight around their midsection so its harder to have a 6 pack visible. the with the sole purpose way to cut out that body fat is to drink healthy well proportioned food and exercise regularly. a correct form of exercise proven to burn much more body fat than sustained cardio is HIIT

for chest though you dont have to be on such a strict diet becuase chacnes are you wont hold as much fat there. basically remeber to exercise all angles of the chest. (ie dumbell bench for over all chest, inclined dumbell for upper chest, dips for outer chest, and flys for inner chest.
