Answers: You are still growing, don't verbs about scales. You should be more worried about not getting outside within the summer, that is your problem. You have to be live and not shut yourself inside all day. Get out and wander, play and have fun. Don't stuff yourself with second-hand goods food and between being more active and consumption better you will be just fine. Your only gage should be if you perceive better, not how much you weight in pounds on a ascend.

The first poster is under wieght and possibly bulimic, don't appropriate advice from her! No your not fat! You are 12 years behind the times and still growing. If you want to lose weight don't eat cast-offs foods or drink sugary juices or sodas. That alone would probably make you lose consignment. Eat fruits and drink freshly made juices are smoothies. Drink lots of water and be live, join a sport at school or ask your mom or dad going on for what kind of exercises might be good for you.
Everyone is different, and peoples bodies are different so don't floor your self image on what other people look approaching. Make sure that you are healthy and happy. Never starve yourself though, adjectives yourself will eventually make you gain weight, any your going to binge eat or your going to slow your metabolism down and you are to young to step down that road.
UPDATE: By not eating breakfast in the morning you are slowing down your metabolism. Don't skip any meal, and eat healthy mini snacks twice a time to keep your metabolism moving.

I was exactly equal I went up to 4'11 and was 140lbs than adjectives the sudden in 18 months I grew 6 inches and was skinny and my bones showed after i had to work on gaining. Your body is storing for a growth spurt it could be months away or a year or two ...DO NOT WORRY or try to diet PLEASE it'll hitch or shorten your growth spurt ... you aren't fat trust me i went through alike self esteem issues when i was your age all you hold to do is go on the "good" diet. that is like diet i used. all it is is eat improved cheat on your diet once a week (i cheated with taco salads and a brownie) and eat apropriate portions. Drink no calorie sodas (my favorite is diet Dr. Pepper) munch through lots of fruits and veggies and drink TONS of water. Exercise three times a week. Walk to school or places to suspend out if you are close enough of course and don't starve yourself you won't lose any consignment. and i almost forgot eat breakfast every day. I drink a bowl of raisin bran crunch it's really good has little calories and it's really sweet! anyway i hope this works out for you!!

why the hell would you ask this if you know all the answers you were gonna carry. you're freaking twelve. Listen to me,You are NOT fat. Its always well-mannered to have a little meat on your bones. Some individuals call me fat freshly because I'm not stick thin but frankly I like have some hips and thighs.You're still growing and most likely you'll throw off weightiness as you get older but right immediately you shouldn't be thinking about starving yourself and going on adjectives sorts of diets.All you need to do is eat thriving.By that I mean having lots of fruits and veges and smaller quantity junk food. Get outside and keep influential.Buy a skipping rope and start skipping and do it everyday. But please don't starve yourself,thats going to get you unhealthy.Good Luck.
