Anyone aware near Gamma Knife Therapy?

My mother had a gamma spear therapy done within December 2006 for an acoustic neuroma, and ever since Feb, she's be feeling really fruitless. She is always falling over while walking and can't prolong her balance. She hear these weird noise in her ear adjectives the time, sounds like crickets or some other bug only just buzzing away. and also when she looks at straight vertical lines, they vibrate right and not here. and she always complains that she feel like her body is rocking or the surroundings are rocking, like feeling u take when u step off a boat. Any view wat she is suffering from? are these side effects of the gamma knife? or some other problem developing? will these problems stir away? please advise!!
