Go to your doctor and draw from tested for strep. If neg they will tell you if its unpromising enough to bring back antibiotics. Most of the time they'll say no and continue untill you get restlessness or right b4 cause antibiotics just cures the infection not prevent it. I would suggest (i get lots of these due to deviated septum and the mucous flows through my throat cause infect.) garggle listerine or somekind of gargle that kills infec. lots of fluids. Lysol everything. Cleanliness is awfully important believe it or not.
