Anyone ever own constant short of breath?

About a week ago, I started having shortness of breath for no adjectives reason. I quality like I constantly hold to yawn to catch my breath. It's really annoying, but I own no other symptoms. I went to an urgent contemplation and they said I was basically anxious and gave me xanax, which did zilch for me except make me want to sleep. I own since seen a cardiologist and an allergist and they both said I am without fault healthy. I don't take to mean why this is happening?? The allergist checked my breathing and said it be excellent. I feel similar to these docs are looking at me like I am crazy and it's adjectives in my herald, maybe it is. Anyone own this happen to them? or own any advice on what I should do subsequent?

Answer:
Ditch the xanax, it is highly addictive and you will back up enslaved to that drug if you continue taking it. It is rediculous to prescribe xanax for breathlessness as xanax suppresses breathing. You probably own an allergy to pollen (hayfever) or dust mite, **** roaches or just a touch of asthma. Get tested blood question paper and skin prick test for airbourne allergens such as dust, pollen, animal (cat dog etc), **** roaches etc.
I hold the exact same symptoms as you from hayfever. I wouldn't worry almost it, it won't kill you, may discern like you can't breath but ya can. View it as irritating and not frightening.
Yes this have ben a reoccurring thing adjectives my life and no medical purpose. My opinion is that surrounded by my case it comes from stiffness
Hm. Sounds like asthma to me. I own asthma which returned after 15 years of no symptoms. Does it feel approaching there is something constricting your chest? Did the allergist do a breath interview on you (where you have to breathe into a gadget and it measures your oxygen intake/expulsion)? Do you have any wheezing? I know these are probably question you've already been asked...

Have you tried something approaching Broncaid or an inhaler like Primatine Mist? I would suggest trying one of those and see if the symptoms are alleviated. If they are, afterwards you have something more conrete to update a doctor. In general, I would suggest seeing an Osteopath or broad practioner. Sometimes specialists are *too* specialized and they miss the obvious.

Other things to consider: are you extra stressed? enjoy you moved recently (can trigger allergies you never know you had)? anxiety and stress can cause breathing issues as ably.
ITS ANXIETY! Get out and get fresh nouns. Also, pay attention to your breathing to put together sure you are taking deep long breathes instead of lots short breathes. Also, find activities that you find soothing when you are stressed.
When I hit 40 my breathing got worse. I guess this can be hereditary as my father's deal with this too once he get to about age 40. Some a moment ago have better lungs than others I guess. Sounds approaching you went something like it right by having it checked out by doctors but you may want to see a lung specialist to see if there's some serve for you. It can get to be a distress in superior altitudes or even everyday stuff like climbing stairs.
