Any tips on meal for diabetics?

Different foods affect different people (and their blood sugar) differently.
Type 2's do best next to 5 smallish, balanced (in protein, carbs, small amount of fat) lunchtime per day.
Type 1's call for to adjust their insulin to meet their dietary requests. Experimentation is required.
A healthy, economically balanced diet rich contained by nutrients and fiber, low in hefty, is good for everyone.
Lots of salads, fresh vegetables, etc. Avoid carbs, fat, sugars. Keep it simple.
i am a type II diabetic and i follow the rule of thumb. 40 to 55 carbs for meal 1, 3 and 5, 10 to 20 carbs for snack 2 .4 and 6. 2 slices of bread is approx 30 to 40 carbs, most fruit are 10 to 20 carbs, but examine out for bananas, those are 40 and more , but water Mellon is low carbs contrary to popular misconception. and yes i munch through pasta, just not next to garlic bread, or desserts ( cake and pies ) grapes and cherries are high carbs though, also swift foods and fried foods are high carbs, not aphorism to not have any, freshly be care full of how much
avoid simple sugars, they wreak your blood sugar to shoot up and then plummet. also avoid adjectives unnecessary sugars, like fruit surrounded by syrup, stuff like that.
