How to cure my dry itching blistering skin on my frontage?

it start with itchiness right above my upper lip, after scratch it for a while it started to peel relentless, then i get patches of dry blistering skin on my face, its comes and go, i went to the doctor until that time and they gave me hydrochrodazone(sp) to use. while i'm using it, it will dance away, but when i try to cut down or stop, it will come back. it have been almost two years. i'm currently not using any medication, a moment ago putting alot of lotion on my face. the lotion calm it, but doesn't make the problem jump away.

can anyone tell me what is wrong? i drink alot of wet during the day, and i'm consumption healthy. is it something that i'm allergic to? or something i'm short in my diet?
